• Tendered build of entire office area to suite tenants needs, various mix of furniture wall offices, boardrooms, and open work station space. Required washroom, prayer room, lunch room.
• Warehouse life safety systems, fence install to compartmentalize areas, clean room construction management, new electrical service, and sound wall installation
