The build out that Engelhart Reed completed is used for DCI’s business operations including their office and building their systems in the warehouse.
Overview
A brief overview of the work completed in the space:
- Complete build of office space including structural steel stud mezzanine with steel stairs and concrete floor
- In the warehouse, installation of a variable speed ventilation system controlled by the gas detection system and integrated with the makeup air unit
- Project was tendered and awarded through cost savings exercises and initiatives lead by Engelhart Reed
- Coordination with owner engaged subcontractors to ensure efficient and quality installation of materials specifically custom glass railings on mezzanine
