Company Information

Kingsdown Canada is a Canadian owned mattress manufacturing facility. This project required extensive space planning to accommodate the manufacturing process in the warehouse of the company, as well as racking permit application.

Overview

A brief overview of the work completed in the space:

• Design build of Interior office and showroom to accommodate Kingsdown Canada’s requirements
• Full height one (1) hour rated office/warehouse demising wall  – approximately 145’lf
• Full height two (2) hour rated demising wall (concrete block & drywall) –  approximately 286’lf
• Customized shipping office/drivers entrance at the rear of the space
• Filling in of warehouse floor expansion joints with a Polyura joint filler
• New 600amp 600volt service
• Warehouse ventilation system to accommodate general use operations – 15,000 CFM
• Racking Permit included in TI Build
