Rangeland Engineering is a full service engineering firm that has been growing at a rapid pace. So much that they acquired two additional floors at the TGS Place building. Engelhart Reed developed the two additional floors with the growing company, creating a workable space that is functional and provides the ability for future growth.
Overview
A brief overview of the work completed in the space:
- Demolition of existing office build-out and re-design and build-out of Interior office to accommodate Rangeland Engineering’s requirements
- Install of demountable walls
- Worked with client to achieve limited sound transmission throughout the office using specialized Rockfon ceiling tiles
- Installed a Split A/C system on the exterior building. Assisted the client with getting the pre-approval from the landlord.
- Managed the design team and was responsible for submission of all permitting requirements
