The Pinnacle is a twenty-seven story apartment building, and is located in the community of Southland. It was built in 1981, and is owned and managed by Morguard.

Overview

A brief overview of the work completed in the space:

• Demolition of existing main lobby and custom design and build out of lobby to Morguard’s specifications
• Completed extensive stone and glazing work
• The lobby and building remained active and open to the public during construction. Engelhart Reed staff maintained a clean & safe construction site for residents and guests.
